Mobile Power Trailers For Mission Operations
Lugano Mobile Power Trailers

Deploy stable 400V/ 50Hz power with two configurations: hybrid battery trailer with diesel, or a silent battery trailer.

Two Configuration Options

Battery Trailer: silent, low signature operations

A battery-only mobile power system for noise and heat signature-sensitive operations where fuel delivery and generator runtime must be minimized.

Battery Trailer Components

  1. Battery modules
  2. PCS unit
  3. HVAC unit
  4. PDU with AC sockets
  5. Trailer platform

Hybrid Trailer: extended endurance with diesel support

A battery-buffered system with an integrated diesel engine for longer missions, and resilience when refuel is possible but continuous generator runtime is undesirable.

Hybrid Trailer Components

  1. Battery modules and PCS
  2. Diesel motor and accessories
  3. PDU
  4. HVAC
  5. Trailer platform

Mission Applications

  • Forward staging areas (Temporary power distribution when power infrastructure is not yet established)
  • Command post and communications (Stable power for radios, servers, networking, and communications systems)
  • Medical support (Guaranteed power continuity for clinical equipment, shelters, refrigeration, sterilization, and lighting)
  • Training ranges (Rapid setup/tear-down for instrumentation, targets, safety systems, and various other electronics)
  • Island or remote operations (Reduced dependence on constant fuel runs, and subpar infrastructure)
  • Critical infrastructure backup (Resilient 400V power where grid reliability is degraded or intermittent)

How The System Works

Deploy.webp

1. Deploy

Position the trailer at the mission site. No permanent foundations required.

Connect.webp

2. Connect

Connect grid input if available and connect outputs to the load distribution and PDU.

Operate.webp

3. Operate

Stable 400V/50Hz power with battery buffering to protect sensitive equipment.

Redeploy.webp

4. Redeploy

When the mission moves, pack down and redeploy to the next site.
